Zet de kom op een pan met kokend water (au bain-marie). De kom mag het water niet raken. Smelt de chocolade.<\/p>\n<p>Voeg zout, cayennepeper, gehakte noten en cranberry&#8217;s toe en roer het door.<\/p>\n<p>Vul\u00a0de vormpjes en strooi er de gemalen walnoten over. Zet ze in de koelkast om hard te worden.<\/p>\n<p>Variatie tip: rozijnen, i.p.v. cranberry\u2019s, gemengde noten, hazelnoten, amandelen.
