Was en snijd de rabarber in kleine stukjes en voeg dit toe aan de kokos\/dadel mengsel met evt. een scheutje water. Kook dit 10 minuten. Verwarm de oven voor op 150 graden.<\/p>\n<p>Smelt ondertussen de boter en voeg de havermout, kokos en een snuf zout toe. Haal van het vuur en roer hierbij de honing, kaneel, evt. cacao en de walnoten.
